Electrical design of lighting and power to a community support building.
Cadlayouts were asked to provide a full Electrical design service, which included Lighting, Fire Alarm, Escape Emergency Lighting and small power socket layouts.
All of this was presented on Autocad PDF layouts.
To ensure the building was suitable for multiple users, we designed the system to be as flexible as possible.
Our Electrical Design service provides a complete package from concept to completion. We create detailed designs and drawings, which are tailored to the client’s needs.
Our package enabled the project to go out to tender and all documents were used as construction drawings and specifications.
Cadlyouts also produced a full set of record as built drawings for operation and maintenance manuals.

Cadlayouts provided Electrical and Mechanical and plumbing coordinated drawings plumbing layouts for 3 houses to enable the project to go out to tender.
This was developed with the architect and customer to obtain fixed costs prior to project commencement.
The drawings were then used for construction and at project completion formed part of the building operation and maintenance manuals.

Cadlayouts were instructed to attend the property to provide a full dimensional survey and provide scaled drawing of a property along with an Electrical and Heating design.

We provided an existing measured layout, with the client developed the design for submission to the local planning authority.
With planning permission approved a full electrical, mechanical, heating and ventilation design was added to enable contractors to provide a fixed price installation,
The client chose to project manage themselves,
having the layout drawings simplified this as co-ordination between the trades was complete before they arrived on site.
